small room no shower curtain
The staff seems accommodating.
The room I got was very small and not what I expected, particularly the bathroom was tiny. there was no shower curtain in the shower tub, so the bathroom floor got all wet after I showered. It made for quite the mess and felt difficult to manage.

Fantastic stay near transportation hubs!
great location helpful staff quick walk
I stayed just one night! The location is great! A quick ten-minute walk gets you to the train station, and the bus station is one minute away! It is a thirty-minute walk to St Mark's Square! The staff at the front desk was also super helpful!

The location offered easy access to bus lines. The room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff were very friendly.

respectful staff great location small room dim lighting
the location worked well for me. it is close to the train station and bus station, easy to find when i arrived late at night. the front desk staffs was courteous, and i was allowed to store my bags there.
my room was small. i didn't have anywhere to put my luggage and walking around the bed was tight. the hotel gave dim lighting and overdoing heating was strange, so impossible to read or do anything without additional light.

charming canal-side gem!
convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed good room size
The location near the bus station was super convenient. I could easily walk with my luggage. the staff were friendly and quickly changed our sheets to make the bed more comfortable when i forgot to request two twin beds. it's only a short walk over two sets of stairs to get to the hotel, great in this city. the bathroom and room size were also good.
the television did not work during my entire stay due to a technical issue.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They changed my sheets to make the bed more comfortable. the front desk is especially courteous. I was allowed to store my bags before check-in. the service.

an okay experience
helpful staff delicious prosecco small room city map
the staff was helpful with a smile. they operate the desk 24/7. breakfast was in the hotel olympia just along the canal side and breakfast is good. you can even have prosecco.
the room was small. we didn't have a place to put our luggage so it was a little tight walking around the bed. i wish the hotel had more information or a map of the city.
